We recommend at least 24 hours ahead, but we'll always try to accommodate same-day requests — reach out directly for anything within a few hours of pickup.
What's included in the price?+
Listed rates cover a 2-hour minimum booking with your chauffeur, vehicle, and standard amenities like bottled water and phone chargers. Gratuity isn't included and is left to your discretion.
Do you track flight delays for airport pickups?+
Yes. For airport transfers we monitor your flight and adjust pickup time automatically, so a delay never leaves you waiting on us.
Can I book an hourly charter instead of a point-to-point ride?+
Absolutely — reach out directly for hourly and multi-stop itineraries (weddings, wine tours, corporate roadshows) and we'll build a custom quote.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, cancellations are charged 50% of the fare; no-shows are charged in full.
Do you provide car seats?+
Yes, infant and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge — just note it when you book.
How do I pay?+
Reservations are paid securely online via Stripe when you book. We accept all major credit cards.
